The Women’s Table Tennis Team of SDJ International College, Vesu, comprising Patel Hiya, Achha Sanaya and Motiwala Zahra, secured the Runner-Up position at the VNSGU Inter-Collegiate Table Tennis Tournament (Women) 2026–27, held on 4th & 5th August 2026 and organized by Navyug Arts College, Surat.

Students of Travel and Tourism Studies (Vocational Course) Visit Global Travel Trade Fair (GTTF) 2026

Students of the Travel and Tourism Studies – Vocational Course at SDJ International College, Vesu, participated in an Academic Visit to the Global Travel Trade Fair (GTTF) 2026 on 29th July 2026 at the Surat International Exhibition and Convention Center (SIECC), Surat. The visit provided students with valuable industry exposure through interactions with tourism boards, travel agencies, hospitality brands, airlines, and other stakeholders from the travel and tourism sector. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Vinesh Shah, Chairman of Global Travel Trade, and Mr. Bhagirath Kalathiya, Co-Chairman of Global Travel Trade, who briefed the students on the significance of the Business-to-Business (B2B) Travel Fair and its role in fostering industry networking and collaboration. Industrial Visit to Mundra Port | 26th–28th July 2026

SDJ International College, Vesu organized an Industrial Visit to Mundra Port, Kutch for the students of SY & TY B.Com. and B.Com. (Data Analytics) from 26th to 28th July 2026. The three-day educational visit provided students with firsthand exposure to one of India's largest commercial ports, where they gained practical insights into port operations, logistics, supply chain management, cargo handling, warehousing, and international trade. The itinerary also included educational visits to Vijay Vilas Palace and Mandvi Beach, offering students an opportunity to explore the cultural and historical heritage of Kutch. The industrial visit successfully bridged classroom learning with real-world industry practices, enhancing students' professional knowledge and experiential learning.
